Our clients include intended parents, donors, surrogates, unmarried couples (including single parents and gay and lesbian couples), embryo donors and recipients, and fertility clinics. We offer general advice on the legalities of different infertility options, including whether or not treatment may be covered by health insurance, as well as the preparation and negotiation of complex agreements setting forth the parties intent with respect to their infertility arrangement. Our close relationships with mental health professionals, matching agencies, infertility physicians, and medical ethicists, enable us to give appropriate referrals to help our clients address all of their needs in their journey through the use of assisted reproductive technology.
